I am a bilingual translator specialised in audiovisual translation and accessibility.
My source language is English, and I translate into both Spanish and Galician, my native languages.
I also translate from Spanish into Galician and vice versa.

I finished my degree in Translation and Interpreting in 2020 from Universidade de Vigo and then I completed a master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation from the UAB, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
While finishing my studies, I started my career as a freelance translator.
Since that moment, I started working as an audiovisual translator for some of the main linguistic service providers, as well as some Galician producers.
There are subtitles with my translation in platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video o HBO and dubbing with my translation in the Galician Television TVG.

I was lucky to participate in the translation of subtitles into Galician, such as in the film “Luther: The Fallen Sun”, the “Enola Holmes” films or the series “From Scratch”, all of them available on Netflix.
I have also subtitled some short films for their participation in international festivals and I have created subtitles for hard of hearing for several TV programs and films.
I love everything related to the audiovisual word and I continue to learn as of today: translation courses for documentaries, subtitling for new formats…
